Combining Health & Intuition
I'm Paige. I just turned 20 and I'm home for summer from my first year at college. This blog follows my journey towards eating healthy, getting fit, and hopefully losing weight. I am trying to learn to eat for the right reasons. I follow Intuitive Eating, but am taking my own healthy spin! Lately I've found that some healthy swaps I make I don't even notice! I do power yoga 6 days a week and run 3. I'm 5'4 and 5 pounds overweight right now. My ultimate goal weight is not a number, it's a feeling of confidence, health, and love for my body :)
